The BitifEye Test Automation Software Platform ValiFrame provides
automated compliance testing and characterization for established and
emerging digital serial high speed buses. It currently supports PCI
Express®, USB, SATA, HDMI, DisplayPort and MIPI D-PHY and M-PHY.

provides a range of software tools primarily aiming at semi-automatic
product debug and trouble-shooting for advanced high-speed digital bus
applications such as HDMI and MIPI. General purpose products can be used
for multiple applications.
The HEACphy software
enables HEAC (HDMI Ethernet and Audio Return Channel, introduced with
HDMI 1.4) physical layer receiver and audio protocol test.
The HDMI Frame Generator software
drives the Agilent HDMI TMDS Signal Generator E4887A, including
peripherals such as external clock sources and power supplies. Its the
ideal tool for fast efficient test, e.g. for debugging HDMI sinks. The
HDMI Frame Generator software enables to change the crucial clock and
data lane jitter mix generated by the Agilent E4887A TMDS Signal
Generators on the fly. This is a unique feature, unmatched by any other
method such as e.g. DDS with AWGs. In the past the HDMI Frame Generator
was sold through Agilent Technologies as E4887A option 207. BIT-HDMI-FG

The MIPI D-PHY Frame Generator supports MIPI D-PHY in the same way and offers the same advantages as the HDMI Frame Generator for HDMI. The MIPI M-PHY Frame Generator provides similar functionality for MIPI M-PHY, the MHL Frame Generator for MHL, the emerging Mobile High-Definition Link.
the Signal Modulator software, supports multiple Agilent signal
generators such as the ESG E4438C or MXG N5182A. The software sets the
signal generator´s internal baseband generator (arb) to generate either a
modulated clock with up to two Sj (sinusoidal jitter) components or a
signal modulated by SSC (Spread Spectrum Clocking) optionally combined
with the one Sj component. These signal modulations required by digital
interface technologies such as USB, PCIExpress® and DisplayPort.
