To support our innovation and growth, we are looking for a skilled System Administrator (m/f/x) to maintain and enhance our hybrid IT infrastructure (Windows Active Directory/Azure Domain) as part of our succession plan.

Your key responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage, monitor, and optimize servers, networks, and cloud solutions (Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure) while ensuring IT security, backups, and user support.
- IT Project Management: Plan and implement IT projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee schedules, budgets, and project goals.
- Documentation and further development: Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.
What we are looking for
- Technical Expertise: Completed IT training or degree with extensive experience in system administration (Windows, Linux, networks, IT security), virtualization, and cloud technologies (VMware, AWS, Azure).
- Project Management: Ideally, initial experience in IT project management (e.g., Scrum) with a structured approach to handling multiple projects.
- Soft Skills: A team player with strong communication skills, a service oriented, problem-solving mindset, and fluency in German and English.
