N5991P__X bundle products offer the calibration and test coverage as the corresponding N5991P__A products at a reduced price. The N5991P__X products require the N5991PB_A Base specification product of the same PCI Express specification generation to be licensed to the same host. This offering is available for fixed perpetual licenses only. Each N5991P__X and N5991PB_A product requires their own software maintenance coverage. It is not required that the N5991PB_A software maintenance coverage and N5991P__X software maintenance coverage are synchronized.

PCI Express Receiver Test Technology Subscriptions are offered for Base specification only and only in 1-year terms. The subscription licenses are always fixed/node-locked to one host. There are no transferable licenses offered. The coverage of the subscriptions includes access to the three currently released N5991PB_A products. Those are N5991PB6A, N5991PB5A and N5991PB4A. If a Base specification receiver test product is released for a newer PCI Express generation, access to the oldest currently supported N5991PB_A product will be dropped. At no time will N5991PB0A provide access to more than three N5991PB_A generations. During the 1-year term N5991PB0A will include software maintenance coverage for N5991PB_A on the licensed host. During this 1-year term access to N5991PA3A-ADD PCI Express Link EQ Test Support for N5991PB_A will be included on the licensed host PC. Other Add-Ons will need to be purchased separately. Access to N5991PB_A and N5991PA3AADD will cease with expiration of the 1-year term and continued use will require purchase of a new 1-year license. N5991PB0A licenses do not grant access to beta versions.
