Your key responsibilities

• Software Testing: Enhance software testing by implementing requirements into test cases, plans, and suites to ensure high quality.
• Quality Assurance: As a Software QA and Support Engineer (m/f/x) you will conduct QA tests, improve test coverage, and proactively identify and resolve errors.
• Documentation: Create clear, accurate documentation and manuals.
• Customer Support: Provide third-level support, resolving complex customer issues.

What we are looking for

• Education & Experience: Degree in software engineering or development, with a focus on physics or electrical engineering, and experience in software testing in laboratory environments.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of high-speed electrical testing, hands on experience with measurement instruments for digital communication interfaces, and signal integrity.
• Skills: Experience with Test management tool (JIRA), programming knowledge in C# (C-Sharp) or Python is a plus, along with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Communication & Approach: Fluent in English (German is a plus), with a results-oriented mindset and enjoyment of international, intercultural collaboration.
